How much does shipping cost?
There is no cost to ship your items. That’s right, delivery is on us!
How long does shipping take?
Delivery normally takes around two to three weeks from when your order is processed. We source our products from a variety of suppliers, many based in China or Hong Kong, to keep our prices low and pass those savings on to you.
There are two stages to shipping:
1) Order processing. This process normally takes around 48 hours, and is where your order is verified, QC-ed, packed and processed for delivery.
2) Shipping time. This is how long it takes for items to reach their final destination (you!) from the warehouse. Most things take around two weeks to arrive. Some will be quicker, some longer.
How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped you will receive a notification email containing the tracking information. Simply click on the link in that email to track your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, currently we deliver to 36 countries worldwide, including the USA, UK, Australia, most of Europe, Saudia Arabia, Russia, Japan, Israel and others. If you would like to confirm whether we deliver to your country, please email us at email@example.com
What about customs/import taxes?
Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
