Returns and Refunds Policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law* because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

 

If your items arrive damaged, or are not as described, unwashed or unused items in their original packaging may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of when you receive your order, and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

This applies to all purchases, including sale purchases - excluding quilts, toppers, protectors, blankets and pillows due to health reasons. Where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to then you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
